To sit for the NAATI CCL test, you must meet the following requirements:
– Be at least 18 years of age.
– Have a minimum of 6 months visa; candidates under visa subclass 189, 190, and 489
– Have completed at least 12 years or equivalent education in the community language.
– Have lived in an environment where the community language is spoken for at least two of the last five years.
If the course package you get has one-on-one classes pre-included, you will need to let us know a week prior to your preparations regarding the time allotment and availability of the teacher. After that, we will book the class and inform you accordingly.
It entirely depends on your confidence level. However, if we see records from the past, candidates who have taken these classes seemed more confident and scored well on the NAATI CCL test. This has been possible only because of our experienced tutors’ approach and guidance.
Our course packages are currently delivered to you via internet download only. Due to this, the process of cancellation or refund gets complicated.
However, If you change your mind about your purchase and haven’t downloaded any classes from the course, we will happily issue a refund upon your request. Also, the cancellation request should be sent within a week from the date of your course purchase.
Process:
After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. We typically process orders within one hour, but sometimes it can take as long as twenty-four hours to complete. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the address you provided on our order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
Furthermore, downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you can successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads, we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

You’ll need the same document at the time of the actual test. If you fail to show the ID proof, the examiner will revoke you from the examination.
Yes, you can change the test date but only before 21 days of your selected test date. Test sessions are closed 21 days before they are held. This means you cannot reschedule a test session within this time.
If the issue still persists and you need to withdraw your application, you will have to pay a cancellation fee, which will apply regardless of any reason, including illness.
If you withdraw your application and want to sit a CLA test in the future you will need to reapply by submitting an application online. You can find all about the cancellations and refund policy on the terms and conditions of NAATI’s official website.

No, you won’t have to pay for the time extension to access your course materials. You just need to provide us with your NAATI CCL registration proof and we will extend the availability of the course materials for you.
